Motores Limpios. S.A.P.I. de C.V. hereinafter referred to as ‘ZACUA’, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Our customers’s information is treated in the strictest confidence.

The personal data that ZACUA will process are: name, age, address, e-mail address, telephone number (landline and/or cell phone), if you are a user of social networks, gender, likes and preferences.

What do we use customer information for?

  • Keep our records up to date so that we can respond to your inquiries efficiently.
  • Inform you about biannual reviews.
  • Support you in installing a car charger in your home, as well as an alternate meter from the CFE, to keep rates low.

Transfer of personal data
Customer consent will not be required when transfers are made to companies within ZACUA or when such transfer is necessary to provide you with a better service, validate your car’s warranty or inform you about the biannual revisions.

 

Regarding the transfer of personal data of potential customers to third party service providers, we inform you that, if you do not express your refusal, by sending a request signed by the Holder, addressed to the e-mail: privacidad@zacua.com it will not be valid.
